Table Payments

Table are 8′ by 2.5′. Each table includes a chair along with reasonable access to an outlet. After filling out the vendor application you may select and purchase your table. Each table purchased permits entry for two people (yourself included).

Rates may vary for non-animal related vendors. Please contact us prior to purchasing your table if you are a non-animal related vendor.

Setup

Our doors open for vendors at 7:30 am (allowing 2 hours for setup). If you require earlier access, please make your request through email to nassaureptileexpo@gmail.com. Doors will be open to the public from 9:30am to 4:00pm.

Rules

Vendors are responsible for knowing and abiding by local, state, and federal regulations. If a vendor has prohibited animals, they will be asked to leave.

Prohibited animals include, but are not limited to, the following,

  • Turtles and tortoises with a shell under 4″.
  • Federally endangered wildlife or NY native wildlife.
  • Venomous reptiles.
  • Crocodilians or crocodilian products without proper permitting (must be shared with us prior to expo).
  • Reticulated, burmese, african rock, and amethystine pythons, anacondas, nile, black throat, white throat, and water monitors.
  • Any other prohibited wildlife.

All animals must be secured appropriately and humanely. Crickets may only be sold in contained boxes.

All vendors selling live animals are required to provide customers with a copy of the NYS Salmonella warning flyer along with displaying a copy at their table. The flyer can be found and printed on the link below here.
